Zulu Alpha – 7.1% New England-style Hazy IPA double dry hopped with Southern Passion & Azacca hops. Southern Passion is a limited availability, highly sought-after hop out.
The Plunge – 10.5% Belgian Golden Strong Inspired by the Central American rainforest and the strong allure of the Aztec gold hidden there. A strong, pale, relatively dry Belgian-style golden ale deriving 100% of its fermentable sugars from pilsner malt. Displays a classic estery, phenolic abbey-style yeast character.
