Cheater Hops #8: Nelson-Azacca-Simcoe Can Release

We opted for a higher amount in cans, and given a higher overall yield compared to a DIPA we’re hoping to have enough to last the day… we’ll see.
Cheater Hops #8: This time we started with a little rye in addition to the usual barley and oats. Dry-hopping duties fell to Nelson Sauvin, Azacca, and Simcoe! The combination is gooseberry, melon, and pine. Fermentation from our house strain resulted in 7.2% ABV and that typical kiss of vanilla.
