“Jousting Windmills: Triple Strawberry, Apricot, Vanilla” (Smoothie Ale, 4% ABV)
Our popular Fruited, Smoothie-Style Sour Series. This one was heavily fruited with Strawberry, Apricot and aged on vanilla!   16 oz cans.  $20/4 pack. 

“Slow Regard” (DDH Grisette, 5.8% ABV)
For this hop saturated Grisette, the malt bill consists of a heavy dose of white wheat.   A 50/50 blend of our house IPA yeast strain and Grisette yeast strain was used for fermentation.   We then double dry-hopped it with Amarillo and Mosaic hops.  The resulting beer will pour a hazy golden color topped by a pillowy white head.  Aromas of tangerine and lemongrass dominate the nose.  The flavor profile is quite soft with dominant notes of peach flesh and citrus fruit followed by a hint of green banana in the finish.  16 oz cans.  $16/4 pack, $75 case. 

“Chasing Your Own Tail” (IPA, 6.5% ABV)
This unique hazy IPA has one of the most complex malt bills that we have ever brewed with.  Honey Malt, Pale Malt, White Wheat, Spelt, and multiple varieties of German Malts provide a full, creamy body.  We then generously hopped it with Mosaic, Cascade and Taiheke.  It will pour a very hazy orange body crowned by a white head.  Aromas and flavors of stone fruit, honey and mango dominate every sip.  16 oz cans.  $16/4 pack, $75 case.
